Regenerative Architecture & Innovation

The hotel’s structure incorporates Cobiax void formers — recycled plastic spheres embedded in concrete slabs — reducing concrete use by over 1,284 tons while maintaining full structural integrity.

Its energy systems include:

• Photovoltaic panels and wind turbines generating renewable power
• Grey‑water recycling reducing potable water use by 37%
• Rainwater harvesting for irrigation and car washing
• Elevators that regenerate 30% of their energy
• Spectrally selective glass reducing heat load

Instead of conventional HVAC systems, Hotel Verde uses ground‑source heat pumps — 100 boreholes drilled 76 m deep tap into the earth’s stable temperature to heat and cool the building efficiently.
